Complications are many, but to name a few are the immediate pain because of the procedure and the trauma to the bone which we manage with the pain killers and we have the swelling and inflammation at the site which we manage with antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs.
Infection is the worst complication that can happen. Infection can be a small infection or a large infection.
Smaller infection are easy to handle, larger infection ay leads to a huge swelling which may lead to a huge abscess and other complications. These are the immediate post op complications.
